Overview

Leo and Irene have been dating for three months, ever since they fell in love at first sight on the beltway. But they haven’t yet faced that moment—the one when you ask yourself, “What are we to each other?” Just on the evening when they finally meet to talk about it, his new car is stolen right outside her house. The party’s over. The theft will plunge them into a frantic, crazy week filled with police stations, insurance companies, DMV offices, roommates, security guards, thieves, fathers, and nuns. The week they lost a car but—perhaps—found love.
